Geographic Coverage We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging All pottery items are carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use protective materials to ensure your items arrive safely.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
